16、likebuildingshavewindowsintheshapeofcirclesandtriangles.Thestructureissurroundedbywater.Fromadistance,itappearstofloatonalake.Kahnspentthelasttwelveyearsofhislifeontheproject.Itwascompletedinnineteeneighty-threeznineyearsafterhisdeath.BecauseofKahn,expertssay,oneofthepoorestcountriesintheworldhasoneofthemostbeautifulpublicbuildingsonEarth.AllofKahnsbuildingsshareacommonsolidityandheaviness.Expertssayth
