2、安型MGB3836.15g爆炸性气体环境用电气设备第15部分：危急场所电气安装(煤矿除外)3的规定制成的正压型防爆电气电气柜，其防爆标记为：EXPXdibmnBT4。电气柜经国家授权的质量监督检验部门检验合格，取得了产品防爆合格证。本电气柜主要适用于石油、化工、冶金、制药等领域的1区爆炸性气体环境，其空气中存在有HB级T4组及以下的爆炸性气体混合物的场所，作为电气限制之用。PositivePressureExplosion-proofElectricControlCabinet(box)(hereaftercalledelectriccabinetforshortbelow)isbasedon

7、oltagewarning低JK断电：low-voltageoutage3、结构及原理StructureandPrinciple电气柜主体由正压电气电气框、正压气路系统、隔爆型电气箱等几部分组成。Principlepartsofelectriccabinetconsistofpositivepressureelectriccabinet,positivepressuregassupplysystem,andexplosion-proofelectriccabinet.正压电气电气柜外壳是由冷轧薄钢板经折边、拼焊而成的气密外壳.由了它能保持内部爱护气体的压力高于四周爆炸性气体环境的压力,从而能有

9、ure.正压气路系统布置在正压电气电气柜的卜方。它可使现场的压缩空气或其它不燃性气体经过减压变成纯净的微压气体进入正压电气电气柜内，经过三特别钟吹扫，清除掉柜内爆炸性气体，并接若保持正压，使正压电气电气柜内部成为平安场所。Positivegassupplysystemisarrangedunderthepositivepressureelectriccabinet.Itcantransformonsitecondensedairorotherincombustiblegasintopuremini-pressuregasthroughreducingthepressureofonsitecon
