1、FIVA阀故障诊断分析什么是FJVAt!?FIVA网是一种电液比例阀,是ME型柴油机的电喷系统中限制喷油定时和吸油出以及喷油压力,排气的门闭的核心部件.其启闭动作由柴油机电控系统中的CCU通过分析曲轴传角传感器和转速传感器以及升压泵柱潴探头等反馈的信息后给出启闭指令进行限制,FIVAm的基本介绍IFIVA内由先导阀和主阀两部分组成.先导阀是比例电磁阀.限制主阀的启闭.先导回采纳苦圈(指固定在动圈扬声器膜片上的个线圈)驱动技术,其动态性能靠近电液伺服网,喷油冰的限制通过带宽改制FIVA仍的开启时间长短实现,喷油定时通过FIVA网通电后的快速精确响应实现,比例作用用于限制FIVA阀开关的动态过程.
