6、acidsanda11cmbrane-proxImalcysteineclUsterofSendodomainareimportantforthisinteractioninvitro.Interestingly,Wefoundthatezrinispresenta11hesiteofentryofS-pseudotypedIentiviralpartic1esinVeroE6cells.TargetingezrinfunctionbysmallinterferingRNincreasedS-mcdiatcdentryofpseudotypedparticlesinepithelialcells.Furthermore,deletionoftheeightcarboxy-terminalaminoacidsofSenhancedS-pseudotypedparticlesinfection.ExpressionoftheezrindominanIncgativeFERMdomainenhancedcelIsusceptibi1itytoinfectionbySRS-CoVandS-pseu.
