1、六君平萎汤治疗脾虚湿毒型慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床分析-CIiniCa1.ana1.ysisofIiujunpingweidecoctionintreatingchronicatrophicgastr提要慢性菱缩性胃炎(CAG)是临床常见的消化系统疾病之一，亦是一难治性脾胃病，如不刚好正确的治疗部分患者易发生癌变。本病在中医药学文献中分载于胃痛、痞满等范畴内，1989年10月全国第五届脾胃病学术沟通会议上正式将病定名为胃痞。本文着重提出了脾虚湿毒为患的病机相识，以六君平萎汤减治疗，取得了满足疗效。通过深化学习中医文献并进行总结及临床视察探讨，导师认为脾胃虚弱是CAG发生发展的根本缘由，湿浊毒邪是CA
2、G发生发展的重要病理产物和再致病因提出了脾虚湿毒是CAG发生发展的病机规律，组成六君平萎汤为治疗主方。以门诊收治的40例CAG患者为探讨对象，诊断以胃黏膜病理变更为准，参照1981i月中国中西医结合探讨会消化系统疾病专业委员会南昌会议制定的疗效推断准为准，以治疗前后病理作为比较，采纳Ridit分析，得出广经六君平萎汤治疗较治疗前有显著性差异(P1.t;O.01).因此从临床探讨结果分析看出六君平萎汤具增加胃肠功能，促进胃肠动力，改善胃黏膜微循环及爱护作用，阻断了慢性萎缩胃炎、胃癌癌前病变的发生发展。关键词慢性萎缩性胃炎虚湿毒：六君平萎汤.C1.hiiaSotuc1.yof1.iujunping
