1、XX中医药大学国际学生综合行为表现考核实施细则BehavioralAssessmentRegulationsofInternationalStudentsfromXXUniversityofChineseMedicine为进一步加强我校国际学生管理，调动留学生自我教育、自我管理的积极性，规范和养成留学生良好行为，贯彻落实学校的有关管理条例，结合留学生实际,特制定XX中医药大学国际学生综合行为表现考核实施细则。Inordertofurtherstrengthenthemanagementofinternationalstudentsinourschool,mobilizetheenthusias
2、mofself-educationandself-managementofinternationalstudents,tostandardizeanddevelopbetterbehaviorsofinternationalstudents,therelevantmanagementoftheschoolformulatesthefollowingcomprehensiveregulations.一、适用范围本规定的适应对象为XX中医药大学国际教育学院全体国际学生。Theprovisionsofthisregulationincludeallinternationalstudentsfromt
3、heInternationalEducationCollegeofXXUniversityofChineseMedicine.二、考核范围及方法1、成立留学生综合行为表现考评组，由院领导、班主任和留学生教学管理人员组成，负责本学院留学生综合考评工作。Establishmentofacomprehensiveassessmentmethodofbehavioralimprovementandperformanceassessmentgroupthatcomprisesateamofthecollegeleaders,headmastersandteachersfromteachingdepart
4、mentandinternationalstudents,responsibleforthecomprehensiveassessmentofinternationalstudents.2、留学生的学习、缴费、生活、守纪、奖励等方面的综合行为表现均以量化形式体现。量化后考核成绩作为学期内留学生日常管理评定的依据oEstablishmentofacomprehensiveassessmentmethodofbehavioralimprovementandperformanceassessmentgroupthatcomprisesateamofthecollegeleaders,headmast
5、ersandteachersfromteachingdepartmentandinternationalstudents,responsibleforthecomprehensiveassessmentofinternationalstudents.3、留学生综合行为表现考核以一学期为周期。学期中，班主任要对每位留学生学习、缴费、生活、守纪及奖励情况进行记录，每学期小结，评出总分，学期开学初公布上一学期考核成绩。Thecomprehensiveperformanceassessmentisbasedonasemesterassessmentasacycle.Duringthesemester,
6、theheadmastershallrecordtheperformancesofthestudentsinstudy,payment,life,obedienceandrewardsofeachinternationalstudent.Thesummaryofeachsemesterwillbesummarized,andthetotalscorewillbeannouncedatthebeginningofthesemester.4、留学生综合行为表现与居留许可延期、奖学金评选等方面挂钩。Thecomprehensivebehaviorofinternationalstudentsisli

11、on1、留学生综合行为表现与留学生居留许可办理时长Thecomprehensivebehaviorofinternationalstudentsandthedurationofresidencepermitextensionforinternationalstudents.Comprehensivebehavior居留许可延期时长Residencepermitextensionduration20分/Points2年/Year0-20分/Points1年/Year0分/Points0.5年/Year备注：A.因欠缴学费办理居留许可延期半年的同学，如在半年内仍未缴清学费，将不予办理签证延期手续。
12、Studentswhohaveonlyhalf-yearresidentpermitduetotuitionfeeproblemwillnotgothroughtheproceduresofresidentpermitextensioniftheyfailtopayupinthishalfyear.B,欠缴学费超过一学年的学生，不予办理签证延期手续。Studentswhofailtopaytuitionfeesformorethanoneacademicyearshallnotgothroughtheproceduresofresidentpermitextension.2、留学生综合行为表现情况，毕业时进入档案。Thecomprehensivebehaviorofinternationalstudentswillberecordedinthearchiveswhentheygraduate.3、本办法自发布之日起实施，由国际教育学院负责解释。ThepresentregulationsshallbeimplementedfromtheissuingdateonwardsandshallbeinterpretedbytheInternationalEducationCollege.
