1、XX第X医科大学境外学生返校须知InstructionsforoverseasstudentsreturningtoXXXMedicalUniversity同学，你好！Helloeveryone,中国克服疫情挑战，协助留学生返华复学。学校也开始了境外学生返校准备工作。根据学校有关安排，现将返校相关事宜告知如下：Chinaispreparedtoovercomethepandemic,schallengeandassisttheinternationalstudentsinreturningtoresumeyourstudiesinChina.Theuniversity,meanwhile,is
2、startingtheprocessofreturningpreparation.Inaccordancewiththerelevantarrangement,theuniversityherebyinformsyouofthemattersrelatedtoreturningtoschoolasfollows:一、申请返校资格Applyforthequalificationofreturningtoschool1 .在籍学历生；ThecurrentInternationalDegreeStudents2 .近3个月内无确诊新冠肺炎经历；NoconfirmedexperienceofCOVID
3、-19inthepast3months;3 .完成全程新冠疫苗接种；Thefull-coursedosesofCOVID-19vaccinehavebeencompleted;4 .提交返校申请时近48小时内核酸检测结果为阴性Thenucleicacidtestresultinthepast48hourswhensubmittingtheapplicationforreturntoschoolisnegative;5 .缴清以往和新学年学费或实习费用。Paidupthetuitionfeesofpreviousandnewacademicyearsorinternshipfees.二、入境之后
4、疫情防控政策Epidemicpreventionandcontrolpoliciesofpost-entry在入境地，由当地政府实施“7+3”，即集中隔离医学观察7天后，进行3天居家健康监测。居家健康监测期间不外出，如就医等特殊情况必需外出时做好个人防护，尽量避免乘坐公共交通工具。如国际学生入境后确诊感染新冠肺炎，按照当地疫情防控规定，就地及时诊治。Attheplaceofentry,thelocalgovernmentimplementsthe7+3policies,thatmeansafter7daysofcentralizedisolationmedicalobservation,3da
5、ysofhomehealthmonitoring.Donotgooutduringthehomehealthmonitoringperiod,suchasmedicaltreatmentandotherspecialcircumstanceswhenyouneedtogoouttodopersonalprotection,trytoavoidtakingpublictransportation.Iftheinternationalstudentisdiagnosedwithcovid-19afterenteringthecountry,willbediagnosedandtreatedinat
6、imelymanneronthespotinaccordancewithlocalepidemicpreventionandcontrolregulations.入境地（不为XX）结束集中隔离医学观察和居家健康监测后，持解除集中隔离医学观察证明，由所属高校负责全过程闭环转运至XX居住地。来XX后，执行XX实时疫情管控政策。Aftertheplaceofentry(notforXXCity)endsthecentralizedisolationmedicalobservationandhomehealthmonitoring,theaffiliateduniversityisresponsibl
7、efortheclosed-looptransfertotheplaceofresidenceinXXCitywiththecertificateofmedicalobservationoftheliftingofthecentralizedisolation.AftercomingtoXX,implementthereal-timeepidemiccontrolpolicyofXXCity.三、相关费用内容Contentofrelevantfee你将承担：Youwillberesponsiblefor:1 .入境返校所涉及的交通费用，含国际旅费及中国境内城市间交通费用；Transportat
8、ioncostsinvolvedinenteringandreturningtoschool,includinginternationaltravelexpensesandinter-citytransportationcostsinChina;2 .入境地所在城市7天隔离医学观察、3天居家健康监测期间食宿费用、核酸检测费用及到XX后产生的医学隔离观察费用；7 daysofisolationformedicalobservationinthecitywheretheplaceofentryislocated,foodandaccommodationexpensesduring3daysofho
9、mehealthmonitoring,nucleicacidtestingcosts,andthemedicalisolationandobservationexpensesgeneratedafterarrivinginXX;8 .如在入境地确诊感染新冠肺炎后就地诊治费。On-sitetreatmentexpensesafterbeingdiagnosedwithCOVID-19attheplaceofentry四、返校审批工作流程Back-to-schoolapprovalworkflow1.请有意愿并符合返校申请条件的同学在202X年9月12日前，向辅导员老师提交如下材料：境外学生返校申
10、请表；境外学生返校知情承诺书；新冠肺炎疫苗接种证明；提交材料当日前48小时内核酸检测阴性结果证明；HSK3级或以上证书及医学汉语测试通过证明（申请回国实习学生提供）StudentswhoarewillingandmeettheapplicationconditionsforreturningtoschoolarerequestedtosubmitthefollowingmaterialstothecounselorbeforeSeptember12th,202X.ApplicationFormforOverseasStudentsReturningtoJXUCM”CommitmentLette
11、ronEpidemicPreventionandControlforStudentsReturningfromAbroadVaccinationCertificateofCOVID-19TheProofofnegativenucleicacidtestresultswithin48hoursbeforethedateofsubmissionofmaterials.HSK3orabovecertificateandMedicalChineseTestpassingcertificate（providedbystudentsapplyingforinternshipinChina）2.国际教育学院
12、对学生申请材料进行审核并向符合条件的学生发放同意入境返校证明（录取通知书），以便学生申请签证。InternationalEducationCollegewillreviewtheapplicationmaterialsofstudentsandissuesCertificateofConsenttoReturntoSchool(LetterofAdmission)toeligiblestudentssothatstudentscanapplyforavisa.3.学生申请签证后将护照首页和签证页复印件扫描件及入境航班信息提供给国际教育学院，学生需在入境前购买好医疗保险。Afterapplyin
13、gforavisa,thestudentwillprovideascannedcopyofthefirstpageofthepassportandthevisapageandtheinboundflightinformationtotheInternationalEducationCollege,studentsneedtopurchasemedicalinsurancebeforeenteringthecountry.4,返校学生请通过正规渠道购买机票。学校强烈建议不要从香港或澳门入境，以避免抵达香港或澳门后长时间滞留因故返回。Returningstudentsshouldpurchaset
14、heirticketsthroughproperchannels.ItisstronglyadvisednottoenterChinafromHongKongorMacautoavoidlongdelaysonarrivalandreturnforreasons.5.学生入境后，按防疫要求进行隔离医学观察和健康监测。Studentsenteringthecountryshallbesubjectedtoisolationmedicalobservationandhealthmonitoringinaccordancewiththerequirementsofepidemicprevention
