1、国际贸易合同的价格与付款条款国际贸易合同的价格与付款条款原创2022-11-1707:48英文合同研究价格与付款条款PRICEANDPAYMENTCLAUSE价格条款在国际货物买卖中直接关系到双方当事人的经济利益和所承担的风险责任。在国际货物买卖中，合同作价主要有固定价格，滑动价格和后定价格三种方式，还应密切注意国际贸易术语的应用。合同中的价格条款的内容包括单价与总值两部分。规定价格条款时应注意合理确定商品的单价,防止偏高或偏低，选用适当的贸易术语，争取选择有利的计价货币，以免遭受币值变动带来的风险。价格条款中要包括计价单位、货币名称、单位价格金额和价格术语。如:USD100CIFLondon

12、stacceptance.支付条款用于规定支付方式、时间、地点、信用、单据等问题。买方应不迟于12月15日，将100%的货款用电汇预付至卖方。TheBuyershouldpay100%ofthesaleamounttotheSellerinadvancebytelegraphictransfernotlaterthanDec.15th.买方通过卖方可接受的银行在装运前一个月开立以卖方为抬头的保兑的不可撤销的信用证，有效期至装运后15天。TheBuyershallopenaconfirmationirrevocableL/CinfavoroftheSellerwith/throughtheban
