8、e.TheEngineershallproceedunderSub-Clause3.7AgreementorDeterminationtoagreeordeterminethisreduction(andzforthepurposeofSub-Clause3.7.3TimelimitslthedatetheEngineerissuestheTaking-OverCertificateunderthefirstparagraphofzorreceivestheContractorsNoticeunderthesecondparagraphofzthisSub-Clause(asthecasema
9、ybe)shallbethedateofcommencementofthetimelimitforagreementunderSub-Clause3.7.3).TheprovisionsofthisparagraphshallonlyapplytothedailyrateofDelayDamages,andshallnotaffectthemaximumamountofthesedamages.注：本条调整为新的内容。InthenextIPCzortheFPC(asthecasemaybe)zaftertheEngineerreceivesanysuchStatement,theEnginee
