1、工程合同中对施工基础资料提供的约定中英文对照版工程合同中对施工基础资料提供的约定（中英文对照）PROVISIONOFSITE,CONSTRUCTIONCONDITIONSANDBASICINFORMATION工程合同应当约定开工前提供的施工现场、施工条件和基础资料包括：施工图审查批准书及施工图审查报告、质量监督登记书、质量监督交底要点及质量监督工作方案、施工图会审记录、经监理（或业主）批准所施工组织设计或施工方案、技术交底记录和测量定位记录等，而且应当真实可靠有效，便于施工方顺利完成工程建设。施工现场、施工条件和基础资料的提供Provisionsofthesite,conditionsofco

4、retoprovidethecontractorwiththenormalandusualtransportationandcommunicationconditionsnecessaryforenteringthesite.(3)协调处理施工现场周围地下管线和邻近建筑物、构筑物、古树名木的保护工作,并承担相关费用；Coordinationoftreatmentfortheundergroundpipelinesaroundthesiteinadditiontotheprotectionoftheadjacentbuildings,structuresandfamoustreesandunde
5、rtakerelatedcoststhereof.(4)按照专用合同条款约定应提供的其他设施和条件。Provisionofotherfacilitiesandconditionswhichshouldbeprovidedpursuanttotheparticularcondition.提供基础资料Provisionofbasisdata发包人应当在移交施工现场前向承包人提供施工现场及工程施工所必需的毗邻区域内供水、排水、供电、供气、供热、通信、广播电视等地下管线资料，气象和水文观测资料，地质勘察资料，相邻建筑物、构筑物和地下工程等有关基础资料，并对所提供资料的真实性、准确性和完整性负责。按照法
6、律规定确需在开工后方能提供的基础资料，发包人应尽其努力及时地在相应工程施工前的合理期限内提供,合理期限应以不影响承包人的正常施工为限。Theemployershould,priortotransferthesite,makeavailabletothecontractorwiththedatawhicharenecessaryforthesiteandconstruction,concernedtheadjacentzonesdrainage,suppliesofwater,power,gas,heatandundergroundpipelinesofcommunicationandradio

8、e(totheContractor)possessionofanyfoundation,structure,plantormeansofaccess,theEmployershalldosointhetimeandmannerstatedintheEmpIoyerDsRequirements.However,theEmployermaywithholdanysuchrightorpossessionuntilthePerformanceSecurityhasbeenreceived.如果根据合同，要求雇主(向承包商)提供任可基础、结构、生产设备或进入手段的占用权，雇主应按雇主要求中规定的时间和

11、etetermareasfollows:甲方提供的主体设备安装场地、设备所需的水源、动力电源、排水系统、通风设施(不计入工程造价)具体条件：PARTBagreestoprovideallnecessarylaborsandmanagementtherewithforcompletingthesaidworks.乙方同意为完成工作提供所有必要的人力及管理。发包人提供施工场地和有关资料的时间：Thetimeofprovisionsofsiteandconcernedmaterialsbyemployer.合同签订时，发包人即提供天然气元素分析资料、海水水质资料，电站当地气象资料和当地震烈度资料；燃
12、气轮发电机组及余热锅炉资料。Employershould,atthetimeuponsignatureofthiscontract,makeavailabletodesignerwiththedataofnaturalgasanalysis,seawaterquality,localweather,localearthquake,gasturbinegeneratingunit,exhaustheatboilerandsoon.甲方负责提供施工便道，施工临时用地（钢筋加工场地、材料堆放场地等但不包括地面硬化），钻孔桩泥浆排放地。Responsibleforprovisionoftheroada
13、ndtemporarylandusedforconstructionincludesteelprocessingplaceandmaterialstackingplace,providedthatexcludegroundhardeningtreatment,inadditiontotheplacefordischargeofdrillingmud.甲方协助提供施工用电接口，其产生的费用乙方承担。Toassistprovisionofjointofpowerforexecution,forwhich,thecostshallbeonpartyBsaccount.甲方负责免费提供现场搅拌站的生产
14、用水；PartyAwillfurnishwaterusedforproductionfreeofchargeinMixingStationon-site.甲方负责提供满足现场搅拌需求的电力供应，乙方负责从发电机组至搅拌站区域的电路敷设和连接，所需电缆、配电箱由甲方提供。PartyAisliableforsupplyofelectricitywhichissatisfytodemandofsitemixing,andpartyBisliableforlayingandconnectingofthecircuitfromdynamotorstoMixingzone,forwhichtherequi
