6、料(K+C+Na2SO4)占30%,WN-70-6:4-1的强度VWN-70-6:4-3,说明增大Na2SO4,可增加强度,可进一步提高Na2SO41减少水泥用量C同理,WN-70-7:3-l的强度VWN-70-7:33,也可得到类似规律。WN-70-643(2.15)的抗压、抗折强度VWN-70-733(3.98MPa),说明增大矿渣的量,减少水泥的量,在相同量NazSd的激发下能更好的激发活性,并提高强度。可继续延伸试验。采用粉煤灰,硅灰替代K的30%,(抗压强度WN-70-334l-SiWN-70-6:4-lWN-70-3:3:4-lF)强度增加不明显。对比前2次试验,尾矿掺量70%,WN-70-7:3-398MPa)3天强度最大,为最优组Q可在其基础上延伸C关于地质聚合物试验,FN-70-64-l配合比的3天强度11.26MPa,下次试验可考虑(通过咨询,文献参考,老师的计算方法等):K:(F+激发剂)=7:3,加入钢纤维VOIl骑,2%,3%,可达到IOoMPa以上。20180727赵宣
