Thequantitylistedintheabovetableisthetemporaryestimatedprojectquantity,andtheactualquantityshallbesubjecttothesamespecifiedintheinvoiceorreceiptconformedbyPartyA,swritingon-siteacceptance.3、合同履行期间，因原材料价格波动需要对合同约定价格予以调整的，由甲乙双方另行协商并书面确定，未经甲乙双方协商并书面确定的，合同履行价格仍以本合同约定价格为准。3. 7、ng,storageandacceptanceagreement(1)蒸压加气混凝土砌块卸货使用叉车或其他安全合理的方式。甲方项目场地须符合车辆运转及卸货条件。(1)Autoclavedaeratedconcreteblocksshallbeunloadedbyforkliftorothersafeandreasonableways.PartyA,sprojectsiteshallmeettheconditionsofvehicleoperationandunloading.第六条供货数量及质量验收Article6SupplyQuantityandQualityAcceptance1、乙方交付
8、的货品应当符合约定的数量、规格、质量要求，乙方提供的货品不符合本合同约定的，甲方有权拒收。1.ThegoodsdeliveredbyPartyBshallmeettheagreedrequirementsofquantity,specificationandquality.WherethegoodsprovidedbyPartyBfailstoconformtotheagreementhereof,PartyAhastherighttorefuseacceptancethereof.2、乙方交货时，须随货提供货品的合格证、检测报告等相关资料。2、Thecertificateofconformi
9、ty,testreportandotherrelevantinformationshould,atthetimeofPartyBsdeliveryofthegoods,submittedwiththegoods.3、在运输途中及卸货过程中的产品合理破损率在以内不予扣减数量,超出部分予以扣减。Reasonablebreakagerateoftheproductsduringtransportationandunloadingshallnotbedeductedwithin%,andtheexceedingpartshallbededucted.1.甲方责任1. PartyA,sresponsib
10、ility(1)根据工程进度需要，应提前72小时以书面传真或其他有效方式向乙方提供供货单，并对所需要求进行交底，以保证乙方有足够的供货准备时间。(1) should,subjecttotheprogressoftheprojectneeds,be72hoursinadvancebywrittenfaxorothereffectivewaytosubmitPartyBwithasupplyorder,andmakedisclosureforitsneedrequirementsforthedeliverytoensurethatPartyBhasenoughsupplypreparationti
11、me.(2)应保证现场场地平整、坚实、畅通，有足够的场地及符合卸货作业条件，并应安排专人负责调度指挥，保证乙方车辆及人员进出现场的安全。(2) Shouldensurethesitelevel,solidzsmooth,hasenoughsitesandmeettheunloadingconditions,andshouldarrangespecialpersonresponsibleforschedulingandcommandtoensurethesafetyofPartyB,svehiclesandpersonnelinandoutofthesite.2、乙方责任2. PartyB,sr
12、esponsibility(1)按甲方发出的供货通知单要求，将合同约定的货物保质、保量、齐备配套资料及时送到甲方项目工地。(1) Thegoodswithguaranteedquality,quantityandcompletesupportingmaterialsshould,inaccordancewiththerequirementsofthesupplynoticeissuedbyPartyAztotheprojectsiteofPartyAasagreedinthecontractintime.(2)进场货物不合格的，乙方负责包退、包换。(2) PartyBshallberespon
13、sibleforreturningandreplacingtheunqualifiedentrygoods.(3)乙方须对其出入施工现场的人员进行安全交底，在施工现场内对非因甲方原因发生的乙方人员人身伤亡事故甲方不承担责任。(3) PartyBshallmakeintroductionofsafetyforitspersonnelenteringandleavingtheconstructionsite,andPartyAshallnotberesponsibleforthepersonalinjuryordeathofPartyB,spersonneloccurringwithintheconstructionsitefornoneofPartyA,sreason.
