9、吊工况工作范围三、吊装方案论证(一)载荷安全系数计算一般起重吊装作业动载安全系数K=L25,作业时须保证大于其安全系数。I.方案一用SCC5000WE履带吊,主臂90m.辅臂12m,作业半径16叭最大工况载荷112t,安全系数:K=11290=1.24o2 .方案二用SCC5000WE履带吊,主臂90m、辅臂12m,作业半径18m、最大工况载荷108t,安全系数:K2=10890=l.2o3 .方案三用SCC5000WE履带吊,主臂90m,辅臂12m,作业半径20m、最大工况载荷98t,安全系数:298/90=L09。4 .方案四(施工方提供作业方案)用SCC5000WE履带吊,主臂84m、辅臂12m,作业半径16m、最大工况载荷115t,安全系数:K4=I15/90=1.278o载荷安全系数计算表方案主臂长度(m)副臂长度(m)作业半径(m)额定载荷(t)安全系数K19012161121.242
