5、om2024to2025一、鸽出口国营贸易企业申报 条件（一）生产企业。1 .具有独立法人资格，银 行授信额度不低于2亿元人 民币。2 .通过IS09000系列质 量体系认证。3 .遵守国家安全生产等 有关法律法规，落实安全生产 责任。依法参加养老、失业、 医疗、工伤、生育等各项社会 保险并按期足额缴纳社会保 险 费， 通 过 0HSAS18000/IS045001 职业健 康安全体系认证。4.已获得出口资质的企业， 20202022年每年均有鸽出 口实绩（2020年以后获得出 口国营贸易资格的企业，自获 得资格年份至2022年每年均 有鸨出口实绩）；新申报企业 近三年年均出口供货不低于 20
6、00吨（相当于仲鸨酸铁 APT） o出口实绩以海关统计 为准，出口供货实绩以经行业 组织复核的数据为准。凡企业所产产品为科技 部、商务部、财政部、税务总 局、海关总署发布的中国高 新技术产品出口目录或科技I.Applicationrequirementsforastate-ownedtradingenterpriseexportingtungsten1. Productionenterprise(1) Ithasanindependentlegalpersonstatusandisofferedacreditlineofnotlessthan200millionyuan.(2) Ithaspa
7、ssedISO9000qualitysystemcertification.(3) Itabidesbyworksafetyandotherrelevantlawsandregulationsofthestateandfulfillsitsworksafetyresponsibility.Italsohaspurchasedvarioussocialinsurancessuchaspension,unemployment,medical,work-relatedinjury,andmaternityinsuranceinaccordancewiththelaw,fullypaidsociali
8、nsurancecontributionsontime,andpassedOHSAS18000IS045001occupationalhealthandsafetysystemcertification.(4) Ifitisanenterprisethathasobtainedexportqualification,itshallhaveanactualexportperformanceoftungsteneachyearfrom2020to2022(ifitisanenterprisethathasqualifiedtoexportasastate-ownedtradingenterpris
9、eafter2020,itshallhaveanactualexportperformanceoftungsteneachyearfromtheyearofqualificationto2022);ifitisanenterprisenewlyapplyingtoexporttungsten,itsannualaverageexportsupplyinthepastthreeyearsshallbenotlessthan2,000tons(equivalenttoammoniumparatungstateAPT).Itsactualexportperformanceshallbesubject
10、tothecustomsstatistics,whileitsannualexportsupplyperformanceshallbesubjecttothedatareviewedbyindustryorganizations.IfitsproductsarelistedintheExportCatalogueofHigh-TechProductsinChinaissuedbytheMinistryofScienceandTechnology,theMinistryofCommerce,theMinistryofFinance,theStateTaxationAdministration,a
11、ndtheGeneral部发布的中国高新技术产品 目录中所列产品，或经科技 部认定的高新技术产品，可视 产品具体情况适当降低标准。5 .获得IS014000系列环境管 理体系认证。6 .企业合法依规经营，符合安 全生产、环保、税务、海关和 外汇管理法律法规，无未整改 违法违规行为。（二）流通企业。L具有独立法人资格，银行授 信额度不低于2亿元人民币。2 . 20202022年每年均有鸨 出口实绩（以海关统计为准）。3 .依法参加养老、失业、医疗、 工伤、生育等各项社会保险并 按期足额缴纳社会保险费。4 .通过IS09000系列质量体 系认证。5 .企业合法依规经营，符合税 务、海关和外汇管理法
12、律法 规，无未整改违法违规行为。二、睇出口国营贸易企业申报 条件（一）生产企业。L具有独立法人资格。6 .通过IS09000系列质量体AdministrationofCustoms,ortheCatalogueofChineseHigh-TechProductsissuedbytheMinistryofScienceandTechnology,orhigh-techproductsdeterminedbytheMinistryofScienceandTechnology,thecriteriamaybeloweredappropriatelyaccordingtothespecificcond
13、itionsofsuchproducts.(5) IthasobtainedtheIS014000environmentalmanagementsystemcertification.(6) Itconductsbusinessoperationsincompliancewithlawsandregulations,complieswiththelawsandregulationsintermsofworksafety,environmentalprotection,tax,customs,andforeignexchangemanagement,andhasnorecordofviolati
14、onsoflawsandregulationsthathavenotbeenrectified.2. Circulationenterprise(1) Ithasanindependentlegalpersonstatusandisofferedacreditlineofnotlessthan200millionyuan.(2) Ithasactualexportperformanceoftungsteneachyearfrom2020to2022(whichissubjecttothecustomsstatistics).(3) Italsohaspurchasedvarioussocial
