2、aterialprocessingtechnologyandmachineareproposed,suchas,producingnewconceptmaterialspossessingsomespecificandextraovdinarypropertiesbymeansofintegratingandcoalescingConelativefrontierscienceandtechnology;andthereafterabriefdiscussionisgiven.Keywords:interface;extraordinaryphysicalfield;processionmac

3、hine;functionmaterial1 TheTimeBackgroundofMaterialProcessingMachineInthelongspanofhistoryofhumanprogress,manytools,machinesandmethodswerecreatedandavarietyofmaterialswithdifferentpropertieswereprocessed.Materialsanditsprocessinghavebecomeoneofpillaranddrivingforceofmankindprogress.Inpacewithmulti-po

4、larcompetitionincurrentworldandpeople,sstrivingperseveringlyforhappierlife,materialfunctiongoesbeyondunceasinglymen,sknowledgeandimagination,forexample,crypticfunctionmaterial,semiconductormaterial,energymaterial,vibration-absorptivematerial,super-strengthaluminumalloyaccountingfor70percentofapplica

5、tionofaeronauticsandspace,metalfoilof454m,deepdrawingplatewithanisotropybelow1percent,electronicaluminumfoilwithmicro-orientationupto95percent,heatresistingaluminumalloywithsuperstrongspecificstrengthusedinaeronautics,spaceanddeepsea,etc.(1,2Thusseveralimportantdevelopmenttrendswithdistincttimefeatu

6、resinmaterialprocessingdomainareshapedupasfollows:(1) Creatingmaterialprocessingmachinewithextraordinaryphysicalfieldforprocessingmaterialwithspecialtexturestructuresandfunctions.Forexample,applicationsofthermalenergyandmechanicalenergyarebreakingthroughunceasinglytechnologylimit,andsomenon-traditio

12、nmetalwithverybigflakinessratio,lowfrequencymagneticfieldwithrandomfrequency,microwavefieldforpowdermetalheating,ultrasonicfieldforlargevolumesolidifying,etc.,areapplied.(2) Tohavetheabilitytoworkincriticalstatesothathighstabilityandidealperformanceofprocessingmachineisensuredunderthecircumstanceofr
