Anymodificationsorsupplementarymattersofthisagreementshouldbeagreeduponthroughmutualconsultationandmadeinwriting.4. Attachmentstothisagreementhaveequallegaleffectastheagreementsmaintext.TheaboveisthecontentoftheEquityCooperationInvestmentAgreement.Bothpartiesshouldsignthisagreementandabidebyitsprovisionsafterfullyunderstandingandagreeingtoallterms.
