Shallonlybeauthorizedforgasmanufactureranddistributorswhileintheirfacilitiesorduringdeliveries;andNOTE-Thispracticedoesnotprecludeminimalpositioningofacylinderbyatrainedenduserforprocessing,u

Amaximumoftwocylindersmaybemovedatatimeinthismanner.ReasonsUseofhandlingequipment,suchasawheeledcartorforklift,mightnotbefeasibleforaccessingcylindersinprocess,use,orstorage.Tiltingthecylinderonitsbottomedgeandrollingallowsatrainedcylin
6、derhandlertomaintainsupportandcontrolofthecylinderwhilemovingittoapositionforaccessbyhandlingequipment.Thetiltandrollmethodofmovementshouldnotbeusedformoving,otherthanforminimalpositioning,forthefollowing: Cylindersofcryogenicliquids; Cylindersthatareshorterthanwaistheightofthetrainedcylinderhandler
