4、projectprovidedbyZhejiangDesignInstitute2、概述2Summary本工程为：孟加拉国库尔纳330MW(200-300MW)双燃料联合循环电站项目，施工内容为库尔纳项目全厂接地装置安装。工作内容主要包括全厂接地导体敷设，接地极安装，导体、接地极的焊接，及与各种电气设备、桥、支架、避雷针及钢结构的连接。Theprojectis:BangladeshKhulna330MW(200-300MW)combinedcycle(duelfuel)powerplantproject,theconstructioncontentisthewholeplantgroundin

11、ackfill,leadwireandequipmentconnection2.操作方法OPerationmethod：序号及步骤名称Serialnumberandstepname主要作业方法和操作要求Mainoperationmethodsandrequirements工艺质量要求Qualityrequirements接地沟开挖Groundtrenchexcavation依据设计图纸给出的接地软铜绞线敷设的位置进行土方开挖。Theearthworkisexcavatedaccordingtothepositionoflayingsoftcopperstrandsinthedesigndraw
12、ing.深度不小于08米，距离建筑物外墙大于1.5米。地下一次接地干线不得通过土建基础，只应在基础下面或侧面通过，并要求接地网与土建基础底部的垂直距离不小于600mmoThedepthisnotlessthan0.8meter,andthedistancefromtheouterwallofthebuildingismorethan1.5meters.Theearthingmeshshouldnotcrossthefoundationofstructure,itshouldbelaidunderthefoundationorattheflankofthefoundation,thedistan
13、cebetweenstructurefoundationandearthingmeshshouldnotbelessthan600mm.接地极安装Groundingpoleinstallation开挖接地沟过程中可利用挖掘机将接地极垂直压入沟内,或者用人工将接地极砸入接地沟。Duringtheexcavationoftheearthingditch,theearthingpolecanbepressedverticallyintotheditchbyexcavator,ortheearthpolecanbesmashedintothegroundditchbyhand.接地极顶端距接地沟内地面
14、预留约IOOmm距离AdistanceofaboutIOOmrnfromthetopoftheearthpoletotheground主接地线敷设Maingroundwirelaying将软铜绞线敷设于电缆沟内尽量拉直。LaysoftcopperstrandsincabletrenchesasStraightlyaspossible.敷设过程中铜绞线不允许拧死结，过路段或穿越建筑物下侧时必须穿保护管进行敷设。Copperstrandsarenotallowedtotwistduringlaying.Whencrossingtheroadorthroughthelowersideofthebui
15、lding,itmusthaveaprotectivepipeforlaying.引上线敷设Wirelaying根据图纸设计的上引位置敷设上引线。Accordingtothedrawingdesignoftheupperconnectedpositiontolaythewire.敷设过程中铜绞线不允许拧死结。接地引上线伸出地面以上0.3m。Copperstrandedwirearenotallowedtotwistduringlaying.UpconnectedfromMainearthingconductorreach0.3metersabovetheground.放热焊接Exothermicwelding焊接时焊接模具必须安装牢固，必须将导体、接地极夹紧。如果出
