1、一、磷酸钾镁水泥基本配方的正交试验关于磷酸钾镁水泥的制备研究大致包括以下几个方面:磷酸二氢钾与氧化镁质量比(P/M),用水量(W/C),硼砂与氧化镁质量比(B/M),复合缓凝剂与氧化镁和磷酸二氢钾质量和的比值(F(M+P)0本试验以P/M,W/C,缓凝剂三个因素作为正交试验的因子,各因子取五个不同水平,缓凝剂有两种类型,分别为硼砂和复合缓凝剂。在试探性试验的基础上,确定正交试验因素水平表(见表1-1):采用五水平三因素的L25(53)的正交表,以流动性,凝结时间和7天的基本力学性能指标(抗压强度,抗折强度),来确定磷酸钾镁水泥的基准配合比,表12是正交试验方案。表1-1正交试验因素水平表因素水
