3、ofswitchgear.2.OSCOPEThisinstructioncoversallnecessarystagesintheproductionofswitcherfromtheexaminationofcertificationfromprocurementsourcestothefinalinspection,preservationandpackingtodespatchtosite.Althoughthemethodologyincompilingthisinstructionisto4、systematicallyprogressthroughtheconstruction,e
4、xperiencedinspectorsmayinterprettheintentoftheinstructiontoaccommodatelocalornovelpracticesortoutilisetheinstructionforaoneoff,oralternativedesign,thedesignhavingbeenapprovedbytheclient.Anysuchvariationsshouldbenote5、dintheinspectorsreport.3.0PROCEDURE3.IGENERALThisinstruction,togetherwithitsassocia
