3、ovalidatethesupply,manufactureandtestofsafetyreliefvalves2.OSCOPEThisinstructioncoversallnecessarystagesintheproductionofsafetyreliefvalvefromtheexaminationofcertificationfromprocurementsourcestothefinalinspection,preservationandpackingtodespatchtosite.Althoug4、hthemethodologyincompilingthisinstruct
4、ionistosystematicallyprogressthroughtheconstructionofatypicalsafetyreliefValve.ExperiencedJnspectorsmayinterprettheintentoftheinstructiontoaccommodatelocalornovelpracticesortoutilisetheinstructionforaone-off,oralternative5、designofvalve,thedesignhavingbeenapprovedbytheclient.AnySuchvariationsshouldb
5、enotedontheinspectorsreport.3.0PROCEDURE3.IGENERALThisinstructiontogetherwiththeassociatedchecksheetmaybeusedonanyorderorcontract.ltisintendedtoactasaguidetotheinspectorinthecour6、SeOftheinspectionprogramme.Anypartofthedocumentmaybeinvokedandthesectionstobeusedandthelevelofinspectionrequiredwillbesp
6、ecifiedonthechecklist.AIItestsandinspectionswillbecarriedoutagainsttheapproveddrawings,purchaseorderspecifications,purchasersorcompanysta7、ndards,andwithinthepracticesandrulesofthecountry,stateorprovinceandanygovernmentdecrees,laws,ordinanceorregulationasmayapply.lfanyconflictorcontradictionsshouldb
