9、oth,andisresponsibleforthemaintenance,connectedtothesiteofthesupplyofwaterandpowertomeetthenecessityofconstructionofelectricity(30KW)zthegroundisleveledandcompacted,demolitionobstaclesinlinewiththerequirementsoftheinstallationofthenecessaryconditions;2. 按照乙方设计图纸要求敷设水池进水管及泄空管（包括泳池直接泄空管道、机房泵井坑至下水井管道）；

12、mmingpoolandPartyA,srequirements.六、工程期限Article 5 ProjectDuration1、本工程总工期以甲方通知乙方进场之日起开始计算，总工期为一天。(甲方土建进度应当完全跟上并配合顺利)；1. ThetotalconstructionperiodoftheprojectcommencementsfromthedatePartyAnotifiesPartyBtoenterthesitezandthetotalconstructionperiodisdays.(PartyAshallfullykeepupwiththecivilconstructionp
13、rogressandcooperatesmoothly);七、工程质量Projectquality1.本工程相关项目质量要求达到国家标准；1. .ThequalityoftherelevantitemsoftheprojectshouldberequiredtoreachtheStatezsstandard.2、乙方必须严格按照国家有关规定及甲方需要而精心设计，按照施工图、说明文件进行施工。2. PartyBshallcarefullydesigninstrictaccordancewiththerelevantState,SregulationsandtheneedsofPartyAzand
14、carryouttheconstructioninaccordancewiththeconstructiondrawingsandexplanatorydocuments.3、乙方提供的主要材料、标准件应当提供质量合格证或经过有资质的机构进行检验合格方可用于本工程。3. ThemainmaterialsandstandardpartsprovidedbyPartyBshallbeaccompaniedbythequalitycertificateorqualifiedbyqualifiedinstitutionsbeforebeingusedintheproject.九、工程验收Article
15、9ProjectAcceptance1.验收标准1.Acceptancecriteria(1)设备符合合同要求并能正常运行；(1) Theequipmentmeetsthecontractrequirementsandcanoperatenormally;(2)泳池水质符合泳池卫生标准(中国工程建设标准游泳池给水排水设计规范CECS14:89第二章第2.1.2条规定)。由乙方提供相关标准资料。(2) Thewaterqualityoftheswimmingpoolmeetstheswimmingpoolhealthstandards(ChinaEngineeringConstructionSt
16、andardSWIMMINGPOOLWATERSUPPLYANDDRAINAGEDESIGNCODECECS14:89Chapter2,Article2.1.2).TherelevantstandardinformationshallbesubmittedbyPartyB.2、工程验收时间为乙方在工程竣工后书面通知甲方。甲方收到验收通知单后柒个工作日内进行验收。如果甲方不参加验收则工程视为合格。(3) ThetimeforprojectacceptancewillbesubjecttoPartyB,swrittennotificationtoPartyA.PartyAwillcarryoutacceptancewithinsevenworkingdaysupo
