1、选择性必修第二单元教学设计单元课题Unit21.ookingintothefuture本单元的主题语境分析本单元围绕“展望未来(1.ookingintotheFUtUre)这一主题展开,反映了人们对未来生活与技术发展的期待与担忧,鼓励学生深入思考现代科技发展对未来人类生活的影响和意义。本单元围绕“展望未来”(1.OokingintotheFUtUre)这一主题展开,反映了人们对未来生与技术发展的期待与担忧,鼓励学生深入思考现代科技发展对未来人类生活的影响和意义。本元取材广泛,从智能家居的发展到设备的自动化,从纳米机器人到无人驾驶汽车,从克隆技术到人体器官的复制,等等。这些选材和讨论注重启发学生
2、从不同角度关注科技进步对未来社会的影响,展望时代发展的方向,辩证地思考人类在未来可能面对的问题以及能够发挥的作用。单元课时计划(1) ReadingandThinking(2课时)(2) 1.earningaboutlanguage(lWBvt)(3) DiscoveryUsefulStructures(1课时)(4) Usinglanguage(1课时)(5) Usinglanguage(2课时)学情分析授课对象为高二级的学生,在语言知识方面,高二的学生已经掌握一些与本话题相关的词汇,但对生词的学习,学生比较依赖教师或者工具书。此外,学生也掌握了一些基本的语言点和语言技巧,能够获取文本的主要
3、信息。但他们中的大多数人缺乏阅读策略,如略读、跳读和预测等,对文本内容的梳理、阐述以及分析和迁移能力还有待进一步的提高。阅读文本的话题是“智能家居使生活更加便利”(SmartHomeMakes1.ifeEasier),要求学生能理解Smart”的含义并对未来智能家居的发展和智能家居提出了自己的看法。在课前,通过学情调查问卷,了解到学生对智能产品的的背景知识的情况,90%以上的同学都能用英语说出生活中的智能产品,但是,只有部分同学能够用句子描述智能产品的功能与优点,由于日常生活中,对智能产品接触比较少,学生对智能产品并不熟悉,学生觉得用英语谈论新科技的发展是比较困难的,而这篇课文恰好能激发了学生
4、对高新技术的认识和了解,并学习到描述和表达智能产品的语言知识和相关表达句型。单元知识结构1.istening,Speaking,Reading,Talking,Writing单元教学重难点及教学重点:1.指导学生通过快速阅读识别文章的写作目的和目标读者;2,引导学生结合语篇主题和内容,全面思考并积极期待未来科技的发展。教学难点:1 .指导学生能够根据主题表达的需要,利用语篇衔接手段,有逻辑地组织信息。2 .本单元的话题主线是科技发展对人们生活的影响和如何客观而理智地(批判性地)看待科技发展。所以本单元让学生围绕着科技发展的积极影响和消极问题两方面来梳理话题词汇。单元拓展知识了解科技发展,尤其是
