9、usersornamedconcurrentend-userswithinthesameorganization.b) Purpose:1) InternalPurpose.Internaluseonlywithintheusersorganization,includingbutnotlimitedtoownimplementation(InternalPurposen).ThescopeofpermittedinternaluseisspecifiedatthetimeofpurchaseorthroughsubsequentagreementwithISO,theISOmemberbod
10、yintheuserscountry,anyotherISOmemberbodyoranauthorizedthird-partydistributor,includinganyapplicableinternaluserights(suchasforinternalmeetings,internaltrainingprogrammes,preparationofcertificationservices,forintegrationorillustrationininternalmanuals,internaltrainingmaterials,andinternalguidancedocu

12、ngservices; conformityassessmentschemedevelopmentandimplementation; trainingservices; education; research; softwaredevelopmentandotherdigitalplatformorsoftware-enableddigitalservices; anyotherservicesoractivitiesconductedbytheuserortheusersorganizationtothirdparties,whetherforcommercialornon-commerc
13、ialpurposes(ExternalPurpose).ThescopeofpermittedexternaluseisspecifiedatthetimeofpurchaseorthroughsubsequentagreementwithISO,theISOmemberbodyintheuserscountry,anyotherISOmemberbodyoranauthorizedthird-partydistributor,includinganyapplicableexternaluserights(e.g.inpublications,products,orservicesmarke
14、tedandsoldbytheuser/theusersorganization).Eachexternalusemustbeexplicitlyspecifiedinthepurchaseorderand/orintheapplicablelicenceagreement,andspecificfeesandrequirementsapplytoeachpermitteduse.Unlessusershavebeengranteduserightsaccordingtotheaboveprovisions,theyarenotgrantedtherighttoshareorsublicens
15、eISOdocumentsinsideoroutsidetheirorganizationforeitherPurpose.IfuserswishtoobtainadditionaluserightsforISOdocumentsortheircontent,userscancontactISOortheISOmemberbodyintheircountrytoexplorepossibleoptions.IftheuserortheusersorganizationisgrantedalicencefortheExternalPurposeofprovidinganyofthefollowi
