1、全密封变压器用气体继电器系列安装使用说明书GasReIaySeriesinTotaIIy-encIosedTransformerInstalIationandOperationInstruction概述SummaryQJ系列型气体继电器,主要用于保护各种类型的油浸式全密封变压器.变压器在运行时，由于内部故障产生气体,气体聚集于气体维电器的集气室内，当气体的容积到达一定程度时,触发报警或切除触点,输出报警信号或切除信号，从而达到保护变压器的目的.QJseriesgasrelayismainlyusedtoprotectallkindsoftypeoil-immersedtotally-enclo
2、sedtransformer.Whenthetransformerisrunning,thegasgathersinthegasgatheringchamberofthegasrelaybecausetheinnertroublecreatesgas.Whenthevolumeofthegasreachesacertaindegreeittriggersthealarmorcuttingoffthecontact,outputsthealarmorcuttingoffsignalandthusreachtheaimofprotectingthetransformer.型号及其含义Typeand

8、下降,浮子随油位下降，并联动礴性开关Kl或K2闭合（QJ2-40TH-S型Kla,K2a闭合，Klb、K2b开启Whenthetranslbrmcrrunsnormally,thereisfulloftransformeroilinsidethegasrelay.Whenthereistroubleinsidethetransformer,hcgascausedbythedecompositionoftransformeroilgathersinthegasgatheringchamberoftherelay.Thegaspressureforcestheoilleveltodrop.Thef
9、loaterdropsalongwithitandlinkthemagneticswitchKlorK2tobeon.(TypeQJ2-40TH-SKia、K2aon,Kl.b、K2boff).当气体到达报警气体容积时,磁性开关Kl吸合（QJ2-40TH-S型Kla闭合，KIb开启），接通信号回路,发出报警信号.假设由于其它原因（如渗漏油等）油箱内的油位下降，同样作用于信号回路发出报警信号.Whenthegasreachesthealarmgasvolume,themagneticswitchKIoperates(TypeQJ2-40TH-SKlaon,Klboff),switchesonsi
10、gnalloopandreleasesalarmsignal.Iftheoillevelofoilboxdropsbecauseofotherreasons(torexampleoilleakageandsoon),italsoactsonthesignalloopandreleasesalarmsignal.当变压器内部发生严重故障时,将会产生大量气体，当气体到达切除气体容积以上时，磁性开关K2吸合（QJ2-40TH-S型K2a闭合,K2b开启），发出切除信号,切除装置动作,将变压器从电网中切除,从而到达保护变压器的目的.Whenthereisserioustroubleinsidethet
