4、国国务院令（第750号）现公布国务院关于修改中华人民共和国烟草专卖法实施条例的决定，自公布之日起施行。总理李克强2021年11月10日国务院关于修改中华人民共和国烟草专卖法实施条例的决定为加强电子烟等新型烟草制品监管，国务院决定对中华productssuchaselectroniccigarettes,theStateCouncildecidestoamendtheRegulationontheImplementationoftheLawofthePeoplesRepublicofChinaonTobaccoMonopolyasfollows:OnearticleisaddedasArticl
5、e65:Newtobaccoproductssuchaselectroniccigarettesshallbegoverned,mutatismutandis,bytherelevantprovisionsofthisRegulationoncigarettes.Inaddition,thenumberingofclausesshallbeadjustedaccordingly.ThisDecisionshallcomeintoforceonthedateofissuance.TheRegulationontheIniplemenlalionoftheLawofthePeoplesRepublicofChinaonTobaccoMonopoly,asamendedaccordingtothisDecision,shallbereissued.人民共和国烟草专卖法实施条例作如下修改:增加一条，作为第六十五条：”电子烟等新型烟草制品参照本条例卷烟的有关规定执行。”此外，对条文顺序作相应调整。本决定自公布之日起施行。中华人民共和国烟草专卖法实施条例根据本决定作相应修改，重新公布。
