2、cterizesamp1.es.Onthebasisofcharacterization,thereactionconditionforpreparationn-buty1.sa1.icy1.ate,propertiesandstructureofpi1.1.aredc1.ayshadbeeninvestigated.Theresu1.tsshowedthat:Theproperpreparationconditionsofcata1.ystsSO42-/XCfo1.1.owed:SiZrwas2-pi1.1.aringagent,acce1.erantwas(NH4)2SO4,m(SO4)m
3、(c1.ay)was30%,thetemperatureofca1.cinationwas500,andn(SiZr)/m(c1.ay)was3.5mmo1.g.Cata1.ystsSO42/SiZrCexhibitedhighcata1.yticactivityandgoodcata1.yticstabi1.ityinthesynthesisofn-buty1.sa1.icy1.ate.Forexamp1.e,theconversionofacidamountedto88.22%overcata1.ystSO42/SiZrM,and86.85%overcata1.ystSO42/SiZrR,
4、thecata1.yticse1.ectivityamountedto99.9%and99.5%,theconversionofacidon1.ydecreasedby5.33%and1.98%afterfivetimescontinuousreaction.Hanmettindicator,NH3-TPDandPy-IRmeasurementsindicatedthatcata1.ystsSO42-/ZrC(500C)andSO42-/SiZrC(500aC)weresuperacids.Thetypeofsuperacidbe1.ongedto1.ewisacidcenter,anda1.
5、sowastheactivitycenterofesterfication.XRDandBETmeasurementsindicatedthatthepi1Iaringagentsfixedintheinter1.ayerregionofc1.aysbychemica1.bond,anda1.soincreasedbasa1.spacingandsurfacearea.Whentheca1.cinationtemperatureincreased,thebasa1.spacingandsurfaceareadec1.ined.Aftercross-inked,thescopeofPI1.Caperturewasnarrow,especia1.y,theapertureofcata1.ystSO42-/SiZrR(100oC)wasaround2.3nm,anditwaspartofMesoporousMateria1.s.ThedosageofSO42-wasincreased,thebasa1.spacingandsurfaceareadec1.ined.Thebasa1.spacingofSO42-/XRwashigherthanthatofSO42-XM,whi1.esurfaceareatookonacon.
