2、教学设计针对商务英语专业的职二学生,该专业的学生普遍对英语有浓厚的学习兴趣,有一定的英语基础,对于打电话此话题已经比较熟悉,但学生可能会忽略职场中电话交流的基本礼节和技巧。因此本课的难点在于使学生在本身熟悉内容的基础上有所提高,能理解工作中电话联系的要点,能用口语流利清晰地完成对话,并且能灵活地应对各种变化的情景。本课将通过各种不同的形式引导学生自主地学习,并通过从易到难的练习达成最后的教学目标。重点、难点教学重点:1)通过听和说,掌握商业中电话沟通技巧和基本句型。2)学会帮同事或老板留言,并能记下相关的信息备忘。3)学会Will表示决定和提供帮助的用法。教学难点:1)理解并能灵活运用商业中电
